All bookings are subject to therapist availability. We reserve the right to decline service.
Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required before your booking is confirmed. The remaining 80% balance is payable upon the therapist's arrival, before the session begins. Your booking is not confirmed until the 20% deposit has been received.

Cancellation
Please notify us at least two hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Conduct
Our therapists are professionals. Inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session.

Clients should disclose medical conditions before booking. ADE Lux Spa is not liable for undisclosed pre-existing conditions.
